Security is in place at the factory to ensure customers products are kept safe
during the production process.
There is one single entrance and exit for the factory
All staff and visitors must pass inspection at this door without exception.
All Emergencies doors are fitted with alarms that will sound when the door is opened.
The monitoring system
The factory is monitored 24 hours per day by a security officer.
All staff and visitors that enter/exit the factory require a security check
All vehicles that leave the premises also require a security check.
Dockland clearance control
The dock gate is kept closed when not in use and non-essential staffs are not permitted into the dock area.
Central control system

Master Source Control Room
Customer’s sources are stored in their own independent space and controlled by the computer system. Only related or assigned staff can access the master source room and must have related documentation.
Visitors Management must approve all visitors to the factory
Staff must always accompany visitors during their visit to the factory.
Personal belongings such as knapsacks, bags, books, newspapers and magazines are forbidden to enter the factory. Management must approve all requests to carry out discs, computers, tools, master type or master source.
Disc Dispatch Restrictions
Good dispatched and returned master sources or assets need to submit release form.

Automatic Storage Control System
U-Tech’s storage system is controlled by computer system which helps to prevent mistakes from human operations.
Order Quality Control
The product quality is controlled very strictly for each step of the manufacturing process. Any remaining stock after completion of the order is held in inventory to protect the customer’s proprietary intelligence.
Inferior Product Control
Any inferior production will be collected and destroyed/recycled.
Print Sample Control
All people and vehicles leaving the factory will need to be check by security. All samples leaving the plant must have approval of management.
